Packs introduce a new system for expressing how you think across contexts, turning answers into structured signals, matches, and evolving stamps.
By Donald Bullers

When we first announced the launch of intori, every connection started the same way: one shared set of daily questions. It worked. People showed up, answered, and discovered others through those responses. But it also revealed a limitation. Identity is not one path. It is layered, contextual, and constantly evolving.
So we rebuilt the system.
Today, we are introducing Packs, a new way to explore who you are and meet people through what actually matters to you.
Instead of a single daily theme, you can now open Packs across different topics and perspectives. Each Pack contains a short sequence of questions designed to capture a specific slice of how you think. As you move through it, your responses are immediately reflected in the people you are matched with. The result is a faster, more dynamic loop between expression and connection.
This shift is important because it moves intori from a fixed daily experience into something more flexible, where identity is built through multiple intentional inputs rather than a single moment each day.
Every user receives one free Pack every 24 hours. This is your daily entry point. Open it, answer the questions, and unlock a new set of matches based on that specific context.
From there, you can go deeper. Additional Packs are available to open, allowing you to explore more topics, refine your profile, and meet more people across different dimensions of identity. The more Packs you open, the clearer your signal becomes.
Packs do more than generate matches. They generate artifacts that represent your participation over time.
Each time you open a Pack, there is a chance you will earn a stamp tied to that theme. These stamps reflect what you have explored and how consistently you show up across different areas of your identity. With this update, you can now earn multiple stamps from the same theme. This introduces progression, rarity, and accumulation, reinforcing the idea that identity on intori is something you build, not something you set once.
“Identity shouldn’t be a single profile you set once. It should be something you maintain, refine, and expand through consistent participation. Packs are the first real step toward that.”
— Donald Bullers, Founder of intori
This is also where ownership begins to matter more. What you earn is no longer just descriptive. It is becoming something with structure, history, and eventually, utility.
Under the surface, Packs represent a deeper shift in how intori works. Instead of treating answers as isolated inputs, we are organizing them into repeatable, structured sequences that can be understood together. This allows us to form a more complete picture of each person, not just what they answered once, but how they respond across different contexts over time.
That structure improves matching today, but more importantly, it lays the groundwork for what comes next.
Packs are the beginning of a larger system that continues to evolve. As we build forward, your responses will become more connected, more structured, and more meaningful, not just for discovering people, but for representing who you are in a way that can extend beyond a single interaction.
As that layer strengthens, the things you earn, like stamps, will carry more weight, more context, and more value. We will be sharing more on that soon.
Your free Pack is ready.
Open it. Answer a few questions. See who shows up.
